From 3 to 5 June 2026, Luxembourg is hosting the first edition of the Luxembourg International Climate Finance Days, convened by the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Biodiversity. The inaugural edition opened on the evening of 3 June at the Cercle Cité, in the presence of Serge Wilmes, Minister of the Environment, Climate and Biodiversity; European Climate Commissioner Wopke Hoekstra; Nadia Calviño, President of the European Investment Bank; and Marie-Ange Saraka-Yao of the Green Climate Fund, among other senior figures. The evening also marked ten years of the Luxembourg Green Exchange, with a closing address by Finance Minister Gilles Roth.
